Update - StackPath (MaxCDN) will continue planned upgrades to the core MaxCDN infrastructure starting today, November 29, 2016 after performing a temporary rollback on November 16, 2016.

The StackPath team has identified a configuration issue that caused intermittent slowness for a small portion of customers and after thorough testing and validation are confident in the upgrade path moving forward. Due to the rollback, we are extending the expected end date of this maintenance from November 27, 2016 to December 8, 2016.

We will be moving forward with an incremental migration of our network carriers to the upgraded infrastructure in phases on the following days:

· Tuesday, November 29, 2016

· Thursday, December 1, 2016

· Monday, December 5, 2016

The migration process is expected to be seamless for customers and all services are expected to function normally. Scheduled - StackPath (MaxCDN) is beginning the planned upgrade maintenance for the following PoP locations:

- Seattle, WA
- Los Angeles, CA
- New York, NY

The upgrade process will run through the next week and be seamless to customers and all services are expected to function normally. We will send another update when maintenance has concluded. Please note that the upgrade maintenance for all the MaxCDN PoP’s will be occurring in groups and the upgrade process for all PoPs will conclude the week of November 27th, 2016.
