Dec 18, 00:00 PST
Scheduled - MaxCDN has deployed a new, state-of-the-art, push zone cluster which includes enhanced redundancy, faster file uploading and increased throughput capability. Any MaxCDN customer with an active push zone will have all of their data migrated to this new cluster. The current ETA for the migration is set for Thursday, December 18th, 2014.
Unfortunately, your push zone FTP login credentials will expire during the migration. This will NOT not result in any interruptions to your services or end-user-access to your hosted content. This is a deliberate decision made by the Network Operations Team meant to maintain the integrity and security of your data.
Please do not change your password until you are notified by email which will contain step-by-step instructions on how to promptly reset your credentials. As soon as the migration is completed the status page will also be updated with instructions.
Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact support at support@maxcdn.com.
