Our upstream provider has scheduled emergency maintenance in Dallas at 10:00PM PST with an end-time of 2:00AM PST. Traffic will be re-routed from this location during the maintenance window. Some customers may experience slightly higher than normal latency.

At 11:25 pm PST the MaxCDN Support Site experienced a brief network outage - during which time, access to support.maxcdn.com was disrupted. The outage was on our hosting provider's who hosts support.maxcdn.com end.

Please note that our API, Control Panel, and all other Customer-Facing services are NOT Interrupted.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with our VOD service. Some customers may be seeing intermittent outages while attempting to view their content. Resolved - Some of our customers from the Philippines have been experiencing issues connecting to our network. This has been isolated to the Bayan Broadband ISP which may be having connectivity issues. We have attempted to connect to IP's belonging to Bayan Broadband with no success from several different providers.
