Scheduled - Tuesday, September 16, we will be transferring customer domains on Edge11 Push Zone to a new upload point. Customers using this service should not experience significant service interruption, the NOC will continuously monitor the move and troubleshoot any issue.
Investigating - We are currently experiencing issue with our upstream provider in our Virginia PoP. We have routed traffic to other nearby locations, customers may experience some higher than normal latency.

We will be moving racks within our datacenter in Atlanta to standardize our deployment. This move is scheduled to take a full day. Traffic will be routed to nearby locations for the duration of the maintenance period.

Raw Log Data -- We experienced issues with our raw log database servers between the times and 09:06:00 and 18:31:00 UTC. As a result our Raw Log API was unavailable during this time and data was unable to be stored. The issue has been fixed. We will continue to monitor and take steps to prevent a recurrence. It will only affect anyone who wants to look at our logs in that time period.

The issue with our upstream provider have been resolved. Our Virginia POP is back the routing pool and serving traffic.
