Monitoring - Our hosting provider has identified and remedied the issue they were having and Sao Paulo PoP has been brought back into production. We will continue monitoring to ensure there is no further impact.

Resolved - At approximately 11:08am CST the MaxCDN ticketing system (powered by ZenDesk) experienced a brief service interruption followed by an extended period of service slowness. Services returned to normal operating conditions at 12:45pm CST.

All services have been restored and the MaxCDN NOC will continue monitoring ticketing services and report any potential further issues. MaxCDN staff are currently working to process all tickets in a timely manner, but due to the interruption we have a higher volume of tickets than normal.
